Didac Lee proves that the model of California's Silicon Valley entrepreneur is possible in our country. Interdisciplinary art therapist, postgraduate studies from the University of Girona 2006, currently pursuing the Master in AT at ISPA Barcelona, Anna is a member of ATE (Association of Spanish Professional art therapist) and a partner of the Association of Art Therapy and Creative Therapies, DINSART. She gives conferences and writes articles in order to promote art therapy. Upon completing studies in industrial design engineering, Quim worked for over 12 years in various multinationals of the automotive industry. DRA. CLARA CAMPÀS
Dr. Clara Campàs-Moya (Executive VP, ADVANCELL Therapeutics): Dr. Campàs-Moya is the head of ADVANCELL's Therapeutics business unit where she manages clinical product development at and oversees a pipeline of currently four clinical stage projects. Dr. Campàs-Moya is also involved product in- and out-licensing and acts as a scientific advisor for the Company's pipeline development. She co-discovered the use of acadesine to treat CLL and is the co-author of the acadesine patent (now in clinical development as ATH-001- Acadra). Prior to joining ADVANCELL in 2006, she headed a research group engaged in the development of biomarkers for solid tumors at the Hospital del Mar, Barcelona and was Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Barcelona. She has published extensively in peer-reviewed scientific journals, as well as in the medical literature. She received her Doctorate in Pharmacy and a Master's in Pharmacy, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Barcelona.

MIGUEL ÀNGEL BONACHERA
Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Barcelona (2001) and intensive training in Entrepreneurship at Babson Business School, (2006) and Master in Business Administration and MBA from ESADE (2007). He participated in the Global Program Grouth Massachusetts Institute of Technology, MIT (2008). Electronic Engineer and D.D. from IESE. Master in Operations Management, Logistics and Production. He has held various managerial responsibilities in companies from various sectors and has collaborated with several universities of Catalonia as a lecturer and consultant on issues of corporate refocusing, corporate restructuring, business development, executive coaching, management skills, leadership and organizational change. IGNASI BELDA
Ignasi Belda, PhD., is the president and founder of Intelligent Pharma. He is a Computer Engineer and holds a PhD from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in Artificial Intelligence. After working in academic institutions and private companies as the Institut de Recerca Biomèdica de Barcelona, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in USA and AstraZeneca R & D in Sweden, he decided to launch his own business in 2007, Intelligent Pharma. Although Ignasi's work principally focuses on the management of the company, he is actively involved in internal R&D, clients' relation and giving seminars on artificial intelligence applied to drug discovery at several universities.

És un dels fundadors de ChangeYourFlight, start-up que aspira a millorar la vida dels passatgers LowCost permetent-los recuperar una part dels diners d'un bitllet que no vagin a utilitzar. José Luis és Enginyer Industrial de formació, Dissenyador frustrat i Consultor penedit. Va iniciar la seva carrera professional com a enginyer destacat en el TechnoCentre de Renault en Paris, però pocs anys després va aprofitar la seva formació com a dissenyador i creatiu per donar el salt a la consultoria d'estratègia de negoci i innovació. A més d'assessorar a tot tipus d'empreses, locals i internacionals, Pimes i Multinacionals, va participar en l'obertura de l'oficina de Dubai i l'avaluació del mercat d'Orient Mitjà. Finalment, al desembre del 2009, va decidir intentar "millorar el món", va abandonar la consultoria i va emprendre el seu projecte empresarial, ChangeYourFlight.

JIM ROLDAN
Licenciado en Medicina, carrera que cursó mientras trabajaba en "la Caixa", donde aprendió además informática en IBM y NCR. Luego cursó estudios de MBA en ESADE y en 1985 fundó su propia empresa CTA. Al año siguiente CTA abrió una filial en Estados Unidos y empezó a distribuir productos en 30 países diferentes. La empresa cambió tres veces de plan de negocio hasta que en 2007 fue vendida a INDRA, donde ha trabajado de Director de Estrategia y Eficiencia de la división de BPO. Aprovechó esta época para hacer un AMP en Harvard, universidad con la que se mantiene en contacto por ciertos proyectos relacionados con las "organizaciones en red" que es su ámbito de estudio académico. En 2009 pidió su excedencia de INDRA para poder dedicarse a su pequeño fondo que invierte en ciertas empresas de sectores disruptivos. También es el fundador de la Fundación Etnodiversidad, que se dedica al fomento del desarrollo sostenible en el mundo rural. En la actualidad está cerrando una operación de spin off con una institución médica de Barcelona de prestigio internacional a la que espera convertir en un referente Europeo y global en un nuevo modelo de asistencia médica conocido como "patient-centerded health care".

DILMER ALVARADO
Entrepreneur, Coach and Trainer. He interrupted his studies at age 18, and founded a textile recycling company. In 2007 he founded a new company, 'Coaching & Progress', which provides training and coaching for private individuals and companies. He currently combines the world of business with training in psychology.

JORDI PURSALS
Degree in Economics from ESADE and Advanced Business Management Program at IESE, Jordi has worked as an auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co. He was the president of the European Food Service & Packaging Association. He is currently CEO of EDV Packaging, a company dedicated to the design and creation of rigid packaging for the food industry worldwide. He is also an Executive Member of the National Association of Plastic Industries (ANAIP).

MERCÈ MARTÍ
Specialist in Organization and Project Management at the University of Barcelona. Degree in commercial piloting, aircraft courses and aviation seminars. Mercè founded 'Cardinal Wings.' She worked as a pilot in two companies: Ibertrans and Spanair. She was the World Tour champion in 1994. She founded and has been piloting "Infinite Air" since 2001, an aerial works company dedicated to flights for vigilance, observation, photography, and advertising, located in Sabadell Airport with a fleet of 6 aircraft and plant. She also writes articles specializing in aviation and is president of the Roadster club of Catalunya.)

Dr MARC RAMIS CASTELLTORT
CEO at Tech and Business Innovation, Marc is an entrepreneurial business developer focused on connecting innovation ventures with market needs. Before TBI, Marc was working for Isis Enterprise since 2010 as an associate consultant for projects in Spain and Latin America. He also is co-founder of Endor Nanotechnologies from 2007, a nanomedicine company based in Barcelona. Marc has delivered a significant track record translating science to the market, developing R&D strategies, leading projects, approaching investors and negotiating with clients. He was involved in spinning-out a business unit focused on nanotechnology commercialization at Endor launching several products to the market. Previously, Marc delivered high-standard results in the pharmaceutical environment working at Novartis. He also collaborated with other research institutions such as Cancer Research UK and Boston College during his academic career. Marc gained a DPhil in Biochemistry from Oxford in 2006 and a Harvard Business School PLD Program in 2011.
